Plan your offsite
Tell us the challenge and who will be in the room. We will recommend the format, the length and the date.

What happens next
We reply with a few questions or a short call. Then we propose a format, a shape for the day and a date. You will know what the day looks like before you commit to it.
Before you ask

How many people should come?
Most sessions work best for two to ten. The people in the room should be able to act on the decisions they make, which matters more than the headcount.
What if the weather is bad?
The format is built for all weather. We shape the day to suit conditions and move between outdoors and workspace as needed. Bring waterproof footwear and layers. Notebooks are provided.
What is the ground like, and what if someone cannot manage a long walk?
Mount Kid is a mix of slopes, paths, wet ground and shelter. We adjust routes and pace to suit the group, and we pause en route and at base. Tell us about access or mobility needs when you enquire and we will plan the day around them.
Is what we discuss confidential?
Yes. Sessions are private, quiet and low distraction by design, and the written capture goes to you. If your organisation needs a confidentiality agreement in place first, tell us when you enquire.
What about food and dietary requirements?
We agree food arrangements with you when we plan the day. Tell us about dietary requirements at that point and we will build them in.
Can we stay overnight?
Yes. An overnight stay can be arranged at the WildFuture Farmhouse at Gurrane or with local accommodation partners. It suits a two part offsite, where you want space between the two halves of the conversation.
What do we get afterwards?
A short written capture: priorities, decisions and a practical 30 to 60 day plan. Optional prep and follow up sessions are available to support follow through.
Can you come to us instead?
Our facilitation can also be delivered at your site, though Mount Kid is the recommended format, because the land is doing part of the work.
How do we book?
Send the form above or email hello@wildfuture.ie. We will come back with questions or a short call, then confirm the format and the date.
Bring the live challenge
Leave with the decision and the next steps. That is the whole idea.
